Ich will Sonne, ich will Sommer, ich will Farbe! Und am besten alles gleichzeitig und sofort. Hier und jetzt. Zitronengelb, azurblau, korallrot, apfelgrün, dieses Jahr geht alles, aber wenn ihr wie ich bei Makeup Farbfeiglinge seid und euch mit blauem Lidschatten schon unglaublich wagemutig fühl, dann könnte dieser leichte Farbcocktail etwas für euch sein ;)
I want sun, I want summer, I want colour! Right here, right now. Lemon yellow, azure, watermelon red, apple green, you can get away with anything this year. But when you are anything like me, you'll feel like an abandoned clown leaving the house with even only a hint of blue on the lids. I've tried to come up with somehting colourful yet wearable even for colour cowards like me and I must say, I'm quite happy with how it turned out. So let me know if you try this look, I hope you enjoy playing around with the colours as much as I did ;)
Ich muss sagen, ich bin nicht die Größte im Mischen von Farben, aber ich finde der Farbmix gibt dem Augenmakeup irgendwie eine spannende Dreidimensionalität, ich werde mich jetzt also öfter mal als Farbmischer versuchen!
Wie und in welcher Reihenfolge die Farben platziert werden, schaut ihr euch am besten oben im Bild noch einmal an.
Damit der Eyeliner nicht zu hart wirkt und dem Look seine Leichtigkeit nimmt, habe ich ihn mit einem dunkelgrauen Lidschatten leicht verwischt und abgetönt.
I've got to admit that I am by no means the greatest experimenter with mixing colours, but I find that this mix of colours adds some more dimension to the eye makeup, so I'll give it a go more often now I guess.
In the above picture you can see more detailed where exactly I placed each colour.
To decrease the hardness of the black liner and keep it from diminishing the easiness of the look, I smudged it out and toned it down using a grey eyeshadow on top of it.
I chose a rather subtle lip colour, so it would not compete with the strong eye makeup. To make it match the pinky coral eye shadow, I tried to stick to a similar shade for the lips
Der Rest des Makeups ist sehr dezent. Ich habe den Teint zuallererst mit einer leichten Foundation etwas ausgeglichen und dann Concealer unter den Augen aufgetragen. Die Wangen bleiben auch fast unberührt, für ein sonnengebräuntes Finish habe ich nur punktuell etwas Bronzer an den Wangenknochen und Schläfen verteilt.
The rest of the makeup is quite simple. At first I refined the complexion using a very lightweight foundation and then erased any undereye circles with concealer. I also kept the cheeks almost naked, only framing the face and highlgihting the cheekbones with a hint of bronzing powder for a sunkissed finish.
